FNB is not serious about Direct Axis their spamming subsidiary.

Since my message on HP, FNB send me three emails from staff members saying the same " that the incident is under investigation" and I will be contacted. NO CONTACT, NO FOLLOW UP. Bad error by FNB. Bad marketing!
