FNB is not safe to use!!

R1199 went off my account on saturday,for something I did not subscribe for and I called FNB same day,the money was reversed and I was told that the transaction won't happen again and my card was blocked. The money just went off my account again . This is bad service on the highest level,no communication since that day,just the money going off my account. I do not feel safe using this bank.
