FNB IS NOT RELIABLE!
If it were possible to not rate this at all, as a one star doesn't even come close to how disappointing FNB is. My International spend limit was expired without even reaching its limit, and now my business is on hold as I cannot pay for my website to run (shopify) I cannot pay for my Google ads, my whole business is on hold and it's frustrating, since mid-March I've been trying to get help to no avail. How does one get their livelihood without their business running? This is so selfish and uncaring of FNB and it's consultants. I'm on the verge of opening my business account with NEDBANK, since FNB COULD CARELESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. How many complaints have I sent to Hello Peter??? Still nobody cares.

14 Apr 2022, 14:55These are the same replies I got with the two other complaints I did. Honestly I just want this issue to be resolved because I'm seriously contemplating leaving FNB. This is not a major issue so solve, just increase my limit and allow me to make my international payments, I'm not asking for much.
