FNB is not helpful at all.

FNB is so not helpful at all. Last week I sent a request asking for my debit order to be changed as it doesn’t align with my salary. I submitted the relevant documents and they came back saying they are unable to change the date as this is in my contract. And if I need the date changed, I should send my payslip as well a letter from my company stating the salary. Please note these are the documents I had initially submitted. The matter got escalated and I am awaiting feedback. I called today and I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes. Eventually I decided to hang up because why is it so hard to change the date when I provided all the documents needed.
