Fnb is not good as it was before

I will never apply for fnb loans anymore.Fnb loans are ****.u apply for loan they tell u that u qualify then the money will be on ur account,after some days still no money, I emailed and called till i ran of airtime without any help. And this is the second time this happens.im even considering changing banks cause i think banking with fnb must be a mistake for me...
