FNB IS NOT FUNCTIONAL

I'm totally frustrated and angry with FNB, I made a payment this morning and I didn't get proof of payment that I need to send to my supplier....I tried sending the proof of payment via the app to my email and nothing happens....no proof of payment is being sent, I tried going online and downloading proof of payment and I can't see latest payment history so I can't download proof of payment.....whaaat is going on with FNB....??? you guys are stopping my business from running...

I've really had it with FNB, over 10 years of disappointment, I remember them just a year ago disabling my Visa capabilities on my cheque card saying I'm not allowed to trade Forex, who the hell are they to tell me where I should and shouldn't be investing my money...and then they send me an SMS a month later apologizing saying it was a mistake....the FNB consultant didn't even know what Forex was and couldn't give me clear reasons as to why my visa on my cheque card got disabled....and then another insident where a double booking for avis got done and I needed to show the double booking through a bank statement to reverse the charges...I tried to find the transactions on my statement and it was nowhere to be seen, I went to the bank and they said it wasn't there even though I showed both sms's for the double booking....if I did not have those SMS notifications I would be in debt right now, the bank had to go deep into their system and they finally got the transaction.....they told me that some transactions on not shown on the statement....what kind of Micky mouse business is this?.....some transactions are not shown!!!....guys do yourselves a favour, FNB is fluff and glitter, they make Asif they are this best bank with nice app design and visuals....but they are truly not functional......do yourself a favour and jump ship.
