FNB is not for the people

FNB not only does not want to do their job but come close to closing time they down right refuse to do their job go as far as yelling at a customer and putting the phone down refusing to listen to the problem. I think FNB is a disgrace of a company and what i once thought was a flawless company is now nothing but a disturbing nightmare!!!!!!!!
