FNB is not for SMMEs

FNB is the worst business banking services provider. My business account was freezed since January 2024. I have reported the issue and submitted all the required documents, however the ***** department consultant is not replying to my calls. As a 52 year old I rely on my business account to transact and earn a living. They claim to be for SMMEs but it is not the case. Their intention is to block SMMes from achieving growth. its been more than 2 weeks since reporting the issue with their department.
