FNB is not fit to be called a bank

FNB is the worst bank on the planet. They debited one and a half installments from my account. I have been on the phone for ours trying to reach their office so that they can reverse the one amount but they do not answer the phones at all. Those phones ring on end. I'm switching banks today. I will never bank with FNB again. They will continue to lose clients because of this lack of service and messing in peoples accounts. 'How can we help you?' Really? No! 'How can we CLOSE YOU?'. This is not a bank. A bunch of ********!
