FNB is not attending to my queries
FNB is not attending to my queries
I sent emails requesting assistance but I don't hear from fnb. The 1st email was about the wrong billing on my business account about a month or more ago, I'm still waiting for feedback. The second one is about the debit order I know nothing of and would like to stop it, but fnb is not responding. I don't know what to do anymore.
