FNB is not as good as its advertising

<p>I phoned Woodmead branch on July 14th to open a fixed deposit account. They said I could do it on line. When I tried that I got a message saying it couldn't be completed and I should call them on ********** - which I did. After being transferred from pillar to post I got cut off.</p> <p>So I emailed them at the address they provide ********** on the same day and got an immediate response saying "we have received your email and are working on a response. We will response shortly.</p> <p> </p> <p>I never heard from them again!</p> <p>This service bears no resemblance to the wonderful ( but totally inaccurate) things they say in their ads on the radio</p>
