FNB is not a proper complete ebank and they lie

FNB claim to be a digital bank and LIE on their website and on doc they provide at ATM that you can re-activate a card online if the PIN was incorrectly entered and card deactiavted - btw in banking online it still shows active. I called them/FNB and they state only way to reactivate is to go into a FNB branch - so if you out country or not near a branch.... FNB is not a digital/online bank in this regard. They will get eaten by banks like Discovery and other ebanks.
