FNB is not a good bank

They just blocked my account without notifying me. When I called to find out why I can't transact on my account only then I'm informed that they need Fica documents. I emailed them the documents only to get an auto reply email informing me that they will get back to me in 3 working day, in the meantime I can't do a thing on that account. Why is that they can't call or email us before blocking the account to request that we submit these documents. The call centre is also bad as you hold too long before you can speak to a consultant.
