FNB is not a *********

FNB is sooo pathatic my husband I have transfered money from his FNB acc to my FNB because his card was broken and we didn't have time to go to the bank to replace it we did that this morning at10am when we saw an hour passed without receiving notification we panicked and went to the bank to find out what course the delay as we believe funds should reflect imediatly like other banks we were told nonsense that the status reflects that its still in process ....process for who haybo this is our money we not borrowing and this has inconvenienced us a lot because we wantef to use this money as we traveling tomorrow.....FNB please this **** u are doing to people is very bad stop it do wat other banks do thinking that I just joined U back again left this other bank for this nonsense even yo client care is pathetic BCS before we went inside we started calling for ass no one assisted us they kept on transfering us from one person to another which is very unprofessional ...

Please FNB all we need right is our money please why do you expect us to wait for our money we need to use it we are traveling tommorw...I don't want to take drastic dicision regarding this.

This is bull****...
