Fnb is not a fair bank

I had a personal loan with FNB bank. I have paid it up and emailed proof of payment,and then they’re saying they will only give me a paid up letter after 45 working days. I don’t understand why this long. That’s not being fair at all. I just need my paid up letter. Thank you .
