FNB is NONSENSE of a Bank!

The ******** bank is literally holding me hostage, and is doing all in its power to keep me tied down. I am trying to pay off all my debt, and they are making it super difficult to achieve this. I’ve paid up a credit card and they are now refusing to send a settlement letter. NONSENSE! Utter NONSENSE!
