FNB is no longer the same

I have been with the bank for more than 14 without any issues until I was recently allocated a new banker. The service level has dropped significantly. I requested to be reallocated to an alternative banker over 3 times, the bank just ignores me. I think I'm ready to move my account to Investec, I hear they treat their customers well. I can't take this anymore.
