FNB is no longer about service - NO FEEDBACK FROM FNB

I logged a dispute call with FNB on 01 April 2025; up to today, no feedback from FNB, and yet they are quick to debit monthly. When you call it is always escalation no one is doing their job anymore; it is tiring

I guess one has to honestly change banks; FNB is no longer about service
