FNB IS NEVER ABLE TO RESOLVE MY ISSUES

Kindly note that FNB the worst bank to deal with when it comes to resolving issues

on the 23rd of March FNB had a glitch an my account went into a minus without any transaction history

i was told i will be refunded and till date nothing

i have called in a number of time gotten different case numbers and still no help

they are absolutely useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
