Fnb is negligent

I’m actually really concerned with how FNB is operating. Had a transaction go off my credit card - the funny thing is that it went off a virtual card ending 8053 - as per the secure chat. This card which is active on my profile. It does not even exist on the app. It doesn’t show anywhere under my cards. What’s worse is that there is another card ending 8020 as virtual on my credit card.

I have no knowledge of these cards and neither do I have visibility of it. what’s the point of the app then, we should be able to locate transactions and block cards in the event of *****.

My active virtual credit card ending 5222 (which I can actually see on my app) does not show on Fnb system.

I don’t know how you guys operate and I am thinking about moving to Discovery because I’m just tired of this
