FNB is **** must change banks asap!

Hi so last year was a tough year for me couldn’t afford to pay my personal loan for 2 months, however instead of not paying it asap I made an ARRANGEMENT with FNB to pay it back in monthly installements of R1100 per month this was somewhere around july last year. Ok so I thought with having the arrangement in place that everything will work out fine, I kept to the arrangement settled it as agreed upon not knowing that a few suprises will kreep up from this *********** bank. They went and sent a letter to HP Attorneys asking them to collect the arrears on my personal loan this being done after I made an arrangement keep in mind with them, now I get a sms from HP Attorneys stating I'm on the slow payers list and I must pay my arrears which i dont even have. I mean what more do you want? How can you be so *********** I made an arrangement I kept to it arrears all paid up now I have attorneys still bugging me! Its frustrating!
