FNB is more than useless
I have been trying for more than a week now to purchase a device on their FNB Connect but always they are having technical problems but they advertise nice Black Friday specials but we cant purchase anything. FNB is making everyone stupid by advertising Black friday deals but you can buy as they are having technical problems then FNB must get proper technical guys who knows what the hell they are doing. Now we will miss out on the black Friday specials.

28 Nov 2019, 13:08Still today FNB can't assist me in purchasing a device on the FNB Connect website after a week of trying and calling and calling FNB Connect everyday i get no assistance the only thing they keep saying is the system is offline. All i want is to purchase the PS4 mega bundle for my son for Christmas because thats jis Christmas wish this Christmas and FNB Connect are advertising it on there Black Friday deals. FNB Connect must get better IT people who can resolve their problem or my son will have a bad Christmas this year. FNB is really disappointing me and making me very angry. I just want to give my son the best Christmas
