FNB is milking us

<p>On the 25 I deposited money to my account via FNB ATM but when the debit orders ran they all bounced back even though I had enough founds. I called FNB morethen 5 times none can explain to me what happened yet I was R550 for unpaid debit orders and they told me they can't reverse those charges.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 1 September I bought electricity for R200 but I never received my token I called FNB and they gave me used voucher I call them again and the can't explain what happened yet R200 was debited from my account. and again the can't get my R200 back.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this how FNB operates by robbing us ?</p>
