FNB is meh.
Pretty tired of not getting hold of these people. Chat option on the app was so **** but now it's been taken away. Almost paying R400 account fees for an easy account that is R5 a month how do you explain that? Weird fees for the accounts taken off for what?

I can't get hold of anyone and no one is assisting me. Years of this ****ing **** and I have had it. 30 minutes on the phone and you aren't paying for my airtime. ****ing useless *********** people. 12 years with this bank and they're even ****ter than they were pre 95. Absolutely horrid.
