FNB IS MANAGED BY *********** STAFF AND IS A DISGRACE FOR A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION

I have been dealing with FNB since the 1980s and thought FNB to be the Best Bank in South Africa. The BANK DRIVEN BY *********** STAFF. I hereby state that I am very disappointed in the way that FNB and in particular, their ***** division treated me. They support the sabotaging actions against me in person and my event. IT IS RIDICULOUS!!!!! I strongly believe that those who reviewed the documentation that I provided, are *********** and their behaviour to help and support an X FNB colleague, is malicious and a disgrace for the community……….. I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH FNB AS A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION!!! THE RIGHTS OF A CLIENT SHOULD BE PROTECTED IN ALL EVENTS!!!!!! I had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH FNB after my account was frozen due to alleged *****ulent activities. I was a victim of a VENDOR MOB that sabotaged my event the Craft Bro & Brewers Festival that was scheduled for 3-5 November at the Voortrekker Monument. I had to postpone my event as a result of UNTRUE AND UNJUST Vendor Sabotage. My son and his partner hosted an event that did not draw a big crowd. Although I was the initial Organizer of X Factor Camping and Outdoor Expo / Extravaganza, I stepped down as Organizer on the 9th of June 2023 with immediate effect in favour of my son Peter Stewart and his Partner Daniël Grové due to indifferences. After their event that was help from 28 September to 01 October 2023 at Swartkops Lapa, Vendors started spreading lies about me on Vendor Groups and threatened to Gate Crash my event. The Vendor MOB intensified their sabotage against me and my event with lies and threats and almost two thirds of Vendors who booked stalls at my event and who were still supposed to pay, cancelled without making any payments. I had no other option as to postpone my event. Kindly see some of the clauses in my Contracts and Terms and Conditions regarding my event the Craft Bro & Brewers Festival. IMPORTANT TO NOTE It is important for vendors to abide with all our Rules and Regulations. All Exhibitors will be responsible for their own profits or losses. RIGHTS RESERVED BY THE ORGANIZERS OF CRAFT BRO & BREWERS FESTIVAL. For the purpose of effective security measures, no parties, receptions or social gatherings are allowed on the terrain. The Organizers of CRAFT BRO & BREWERS FESTIVAL reserves the right to ban instigators form the event without any refund whatsoever. The Organizers of the event will not tolerate any INSTIGATION - GOSSIPING or NEGATIVE ACTIONS and ATTITUDES from any of the exhibitors before and during the event. Failure to comply with this condition may result in an immediate ban from the venue without any refund. Exhibitors will be held responsible for the violating of our Rules and Regulations / Terms and Conditions, either in their person of by a Staff Member. Exhibitors are required to complete the exhibitor’s Application Form in detail / in full. Exhibitors failing to comply with any clause of this agreement, will risk losing their stands without any refunds. Cancellation Clause: no refunds will be made in respect of the stall once the booking is finalized. Postponement of the Event: Any event may be postponed due an Act of God, Civil Unrest or due to any unforeseen circumstances prohibiting the Event from taking place. PERSONAL ACCEPTANCE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS / TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY THE EXHIBITOR / VENDOR AT CRAFT BRO & BREWERS FESTIVAL: I have read ALL the Rules and Regulations / Terms and Conditions of CRAFT BRO & BREWERS FESTIVAL. A disgruntled Vendor and MOB member, a former employee of FNB (a Mr Marius Spies), who had a stall at X Factor Camping & Outdoor Expo also booked a stall at the Craft Bro & Brewers Festival. After I announced that I postpone my event due to Vendor Sabotage, contacted me and wanted a refund. I explained to him that it was not possible when he threatened that he will report me for ***** with FNB and that he will have my account / accounts closed. He then went so far as to instigate other vendors to also report my bank account with alleged *****. They threatened me that unless I refund them, they will make sure that I will never host an event again. My bank account with FNB was frozen and I contacted the bank to enquire as to what was wrong. I was told by a bank official that my account was frozen as a result of ***** allegations, and that the bank’s ***** investigator would be in touch with me. I waited almost a week before I got an e-mail from a Moipone Gumbi – ***** Consultant | Chief Risk Officer from FNB Commercial. Good day Mr. Steward, FNB was notified on 2023/10/18 that an amount of R2 400.00 was received into your account number 630****9891 on 2023/10/18. The matter was reported to FNB on the basis that your account received proceeds of alleged *****. You are hereby requested to provide FNB with the reason for the receipt of these funds as well as acceptable proof of same. In the interim, your account has been placed on hold. For efficient service, please ensure that you send through the following documents and information within 48 hours. FNB APP PA 000107 DIE 2,400.00 10/07 This Mr Marius Spies (The X FNB Employee) notified FNB on 2023/10/18 that he suspected *****ulent activity on my account. He also urged other Vendors to do the same. A certain Ms Jennifer Rademan and a Mr De Wet van der Walt followed his example. On al 3x occasions I submitted the Contracts / Terms & Conditions as well as my invoices to justify my transactions. FNB OVERPLAYED their hands and had the following accounts frozen. I took an advertising package from Lekker FM to advertise my event. FNB caused the bank account of Lekker FM to be blocked. I ordered Flyers, Banners, Posters, Vehicle Branding and Poleboards from 440 Printers in Capital Park to advertise my event and FNB also blocked their account. I paid Marlizé van Berrkel (my Invoicing Clerk and Office assistant) her salary and FNB also blocked her account. IN REALITY - I did nothing wrong or ******* and no ******** case, nor civil claim can be proofed against me, but FNB believed the UNTRUE and UNJUST allegations made by MOB members. Moipone Gumbi ***** Consultant | Chief Risk Officer from FNB Commercial. Rep**** in an e-mail after I submitted the legitimacy of my transactions by saying: “Good day, Please be advised that we have reviews the proof you sent us and have decided to continue with terminating your account relationship”. When I asked about my money that was in my account I received the following e-mail from Moipone Gumbi: “Good day, Kindly provide an account confirmation letter from your external bank while we verify if the remaining funds belong to you. Its been close on 2x weeks and when I call FNB, I just cannot manage to get hold of Moipone Gumbi or her Superiors. My medical Aid with Discovery has lapsed due to FNB’s incompetence and I do not even have money for my Hypertension and Prostate Medication. I did sent my bank confirmation letter to this Mpoipone Gumbi, but I just do not get response.
