FNB is making it difficult to repay my debt, so contact me or I walk away from it.

I have emigrated from SA a few years back, however I have outstanding debt owed to the bank. I have some funds available and would like to find a compromise, unfortunately its impossible to have this discussion with call centre agents at the collections department. I've tried getting through to someone for the last 2 years and I still can't come right. So now I'm at a point where either someone contacts me to accept the money I have, or I walk away and FNB swallows the debt. I have provided my email address as the reference number.
