FNB IS LITERALLY HOLDING MY FAMILY'S LIFE BACK FROM OBTAINING A NEW HOME

We have been paying off a credit card debt for the past year with FNB, the payments however do not reflect on our credit report and as a result of this we have been declined a bond for a new home, my family desperately needs. Since this discovery we have opted to rather pay off the debt completely and settle it (6 November), we have been waiting since then for the paid up letter and statement to show the better bank (green bank) that they can grant us a bond as we have been paying off this debt and have now settled it in full. We are currently expecting and will be growing from a family of 4 to 6, and desperately need our bond approved for our family to be in a home that fits our size. The stress and back & forth of this ordeal has made the pregnancy high-risk. FNB is the WORST bank to exist, we regret ever banking with them. Even to obtain the details of where to pay this account off last year was an uphill battle, you go to their branches and get put on a telephone being handed over and over to the next call center agent to no success in solving your issue! We will be proceeding to the banking ombudsman if our issue is not resolved within this week!!
