FNB is like the slumlords
FNB and their staff are simply useless when it comes to DISPUTES on bank transactions. I have disputes that have been pending for 6-8 months and I get NO joy or any type of response from FNB and the lazy staff. Staff members can't even read a email and respond accordingly as the response and the question/query is completely different.
