FNB is keeping my money for no reason!

So I had a company take money from my card, luckily I managed to speak to them to refund me and of which they did on the 9th of December. 12th December the same amount is out again,I contact the company and they say they don’t have the money and I should contact my bank. I did and FNB said they can see it from their side and will refund me once I fill in the dispute forms,almost two weeks later no communication is done and no refund. The amount is R1636 and it’s really inconveniencing my budget in the midst of the festive season.
