Fnb is just taking my money

I am really irritated with FNB and taking cost where ever they can. I pay more than R200 just on monthly fees then they have the odacity to take another R115 for failed debit order that was not suppose to go off. This is really frustrating and unacceptable. I want my fees back!!!
