FNB is just shady.

I have been trying to apply for a student loan from fnb since last month. For my first year of study in 2017, i was funded by FNB, something i am truly grateful for. I was told last year that i would have to apply again or the 2nd year of study. I have battled to speak to an consultant that actually works at the student loans department, but guess what, i have already received 2 texts from FNB saying my application has been denied. How? why? I know they are not obligated to give me a loan, but, I didn't even explain myself to anyone about how much i need etc...Don't get me wrong, it's quite a bit of money, but still, i am being denied based on what? Why is it being preempted by them before even speaking to me. Why has no one from the actual department contacted me? Who generated the texts, was it robots? I just don't get it. You know what's funny though, if i came to FNB looking for a car loan or a house loan, they would most likey give it to me. But they can preempt that they can't loan me money to study and put myself in a better position in the future. I do all my banking with FNB. But whatever FNB, a bigggg WHATEVER from this client. It's cool though, not even a bank like FNB will hold me back from what i'm about to achieve.
