FNB IS JUST A ****

Dear FNB,

I am Lebohang William Tshabalala, Premier Current Account holder of FNB, I have been charged R180.00 for #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS 4 ITEMS ON 10/02/ 2023 also charged R90.00 #PAID NO FUNDS 1 ITEM ON 09/02/2023. I ****en my money back as I had funds and my account This ****y **** OF STUPID FNB MUST STOP I want my money back ,I think it's time I must switch this stupid bank to a better bank ,because FNB is just a **** taking our money for nothing the money which we worked hard to get then this ****en ********* they just take it just like that..lets me has a debit and balance the amount later. You make us pay for something that you said cheque account is suppose to do??? Why do we have this stupid accounts then?????? Please return my money or I will move my account to a fear Bank that does not take our money for the service already paid for. You have become the worst Bank ever these days.... your charges are too much for nothing.
