FNB is just a joke.

I've been using FNB for a few years now, while the service's they provide appear convenient, the actual service delivery is a joke. The FNB cellphone network is down half the time, it only transmits data if it relays on 4g, any other spectrum you have no chance of data transfer, not to mention the fact that it only works in towns and cities, going on a business trip? Good luck using your device on the road. Not to mention the huge delay in OTP sending, I get my OTP in excess of 20 minutes after trying to just link the Fnb app to my account. The timeout is 5 minutes. Really?

Then I try change my OTP, only to find I no longer have a listed OTP method, and must go to an at to put one up.

If angone is considering going over to Fnb bEcause of these "conveniences", don't. It's an absolute circus.
