FNB is just a disgrace

I open an estate late account with FNB Langenhoven Park, Bloemfontein and I was told I will be notified when the money comes in but I was not and the money will be transferred to my cheque account immediately . I learned 12 days later that the pension fund has paid out. When I went back to the branch to enquire, I was told that I need to apply for a cheque book and that will take 10 days to deliver. I was told that I will be charged R200 for the cheque book and R265 for delivery. Apparently what I need is just one cheque sheet from that whole book that will be costing me so much. My concern came after I visited other branches who told me that normally they transfer the money to the existing account and close the estate late account immediately. Now I have to pay the charges I was never told about in the beginning of this whole process because I would have went to other banks that can be able to assist me, with full information from the start.

I really need your help on this matter. I believe I was treated unfairly, had I known that process change with being notified, I would have not chosen FNB in the first place.
