FNB is it an SOE

I moved to FNB 8 years ago and was pleasantly surprised by helpful well knowledgeable people 5 years on and its a different story. 1) Unhelpful consultants. The advise you get is shocking 2) Bank systems that don't work (App + Yesterday all systems down at the branch) 3) Just transferred from one to the next on the message chat service 4) Information you expect the consultant to know, they ask you.

Will probably be the last year I spend at FNB
