FNB is irritating

FNB is one annoying bank i have ever dealt with, i am on premier which i did not want because i am traditional old school and my ways of going inside the bank to sort one or 2 things worked and i paid less fees for it and i got a call that i should upgrade to premier so whenever i have an issue i can request the bank to call me back as their fees are bit high that normal account, so now i am in the bundus and connect with internet and trying this chat to my bank thing for them to call me back to solve my issues and few debit order i need to change to other date, suddenly they tell me i need to call or they can call me and put me through when they are not busy but when i join they said they can always call me.

1. i need to change settlement of my smart spend account 2. i wanted to change debit order of wesbank 3. i wanted to change the date which FNB deduct monthly fees from my account
