Fnb is inconveniencing my life!!!!

So clearly there’s something majorly wrong with my bank app,last I was able to go in and transact was Friday,all of a sudden it will not take the same user name I’ve used all 3 months including Friday.To say I’m annoyed is an understatement and I would rather eat grass than walk into any fnb brach because those queues I have no time for.?why can’t I just log in without it giving me 3 dumb options,I know my username
