FNB is inconsistent and their service is bad

I’m so tired of FNB and their never ending stories, for 5 years FNB I’ve been struggling with FNB. FNB why am I blacklisted at the ITC when I have paid of my account. 5 days ago u requested a hand written letter so u can close of your account, today your telling me I owe.

You even go as far as telling me I last made a payment in 2019 so where are rest of the payments that resulted in me owing the small balance on the account.

You guys are good at sending statements and not reconciling accounts, if I’ve been receiving payments why are u asking me where the payments were made. Now u have created loan a counts , so which account were the funds going to all along

You complains department doesn’t sort out issues it just sends statements , who said I want a statements .

I’m sick of FNB I should have never chosen fnb as a bank. I went to the branch today , still did not get any assistance. I bet the next call will result in a statement. Reconcile my account accordingly and remove me from you ITC status.

Now my life must stop because of the million stories u have.
