FNB is *********** in their service

Hi all so i have encountered an issue with fnb bank where they were kind enough to contact me on the 10th of Aug to upgrade my account from a Cheque account to a premium fusion account . Siseko Mtyalela the consultant in there sales department upgrade it successfully and at the same time she reduced my overdraft with 4000 rand . This comes as a surprise because how does a bank allow a sales person to make changes to an account like decreasing overdrafts. it takes you as a client an hour or more to just apply and get approval from their credit department for an overdraft or a loan and a sales person promoting the benefits of another account type has to just make one click on her computer to change things and mess every thing up ! i never gave Miss Siseko permission to change my overdraft nor did she ask me if she can. Now by fixing this problem they have to address it to there credit department again and apparently it's marked as high importance but its been now more then 18 hours later and its still not been resolved . Miss Siseko was able to decrease it but shes not able to increase it to the correct amount .

i think the bank needs to look into their programming and change it so not every Tom **** and Harry are able to change things on their clients accounts
