FNB is ***********!!

I had credit with FNB some time last year and I payed off that credit but good old FNB decided not to close off that account and now it's showing up on my ITC report as high credit usage. I've called their useless helpdesk when I picked this up on my ITC report and to this date no one has been able to assist with closing a paid off account!!

Ive been a loyal customer of theirs but this experience I am done with FNB services.
