FNB is incompatent!

I needed two payments to be reversed. I went into the branch to get assistance and completed the forms with 2 different people (employee and trainee). They told me it would take 10 days, suddenly nobody has and record of my form that was filled inside the bank and was filled out by employees. I have been sent from pillar to post. I will be removing my bond from them and closing all accounts. It's as if nobody really cares, such a dreadful way to treat a private client or any client at all. Don't even open an account there! Disgusted.
