FNB is in the business of theft and negligence

My experience with FNB has been utterly shocking! I’ve worked for them before and the culture they are currently displaying is absolutely vile to say the least!

Issue 1: I took a temp loan with them and even arranged payments. That loan is still on my ITC record and is reflecting negatively EVEN AFTER THE ACCOUNT WAS SETTLED OVER A MONTH AGO!!!

Issue 2: All the consultants I have spoken to are rude and dismissive. Called a consultant today (Wednesday 10 June 2020 at 12:28 pm) and the consultant ended the call as I was still speaking and venting my frustrations with this bank.

Issue 3: why are there random debits coming off my account?! Debits with no name and no way to track them when I know I have NOTHING going off at this time of the month?!

I have tweeted multiple times and tried to get some kind of response and FNB is still quiet.
