FNB is in a FICA mess

I do not care to remember how many times over recent times, that I have been contacted by FNB and asked to comply with FICA related personal information. I have completed the forms, signed them, scanned them and then emailed them back too. YET, I continuously receive ongoing threats that my accounts will be frozen unless I comply within 15 days. I have, more than that, has 2 FNB reps supposedly deal with the matter over the phone., and I am assured that the matter is dealt with every time. Guess what.....more FNB threats received this morning. What is probably most concerning, and maybe I should even blow this open in the public eye.....if it is this difficult for FNB to process the information that I have given them, then what are they doing with this sensitive information seeing as they cannot "find it" after it has been submitted.
