FNB Is hurting my business

FNB is an ********* business. I made an international payment on Monday. On Wednesday (after hours) I was asked for the exact same documentation that I uploaded as part of the vetting process. FNB withheld the funds from my account and now I’m told there is insufficient funds for the call centre to release the payment. FNB literally is out to take advantage of their clients. This is now the 2nd time FNB has ****** money from me and the 3rd time that it has placed me in a position that has physically cost me money. Anyone considering doing business with this enterprise should seriously give that a second thought - they will only take advantage of you. Upon calling the bank this moment, the person assisting me was deliberately vague and condescend. I’m so disappointed with this bank.
