FNB is horrible at customer service

I have been on the line for 40 minutes and getting transferred to 11 different people and all I want to do is change my Premier fusion cheque account to a normal Premier cheque account!!!Nobody can assist with this, 11 different people!!? And the 12th still wanted to transfer me to somebody else! Absolutely nonsense
