FNB IS HORRIBLE

I am so angry and disappointed on how fnb has handled my quiry. I had an overdraft and 2 loans with them, but unfortunately I couldn't pay them because of financial issues. So this year I wanted to pay that, I found out that my overdraft was handed over to their lawyer. I then contacted the lawyers and made payment for the overdraft. I contacted fnb call centre because I wanted to settle my 2 loans. I was given the account number and reference to use when I make the payment for my loans. I did as I was told but I dnt know who and why but the money that was meant for the loans was paid to my overdraft and my loans are still not settled.im now been told that my loans are been handed over, I asked what happened to the money I paid for overdraft? I cant get an answer from anyone so just like that almost R25000 is just gone? I called, went to different branches but I can't get help. I've been send from pillar to post without help. Know one knows how to resolve the issue. How is it that such a big bank doesn't have a solution regarding this problem? I've shown them proof of payments, some say they can see payment made but then others say something different. On the 30th of April I got a mail from Fnb saying they have received proof of payment for my loans but then why can't they clear it to show it's been paid? On the 20th of May I spend almost 3 hours in the Menlyn branch but left hopeless. Why is it that then that they can't resolve this? Why cant any of the people from call centre to the people at your branches help?
