FNB is hopeless
Absolutely appalling service. Trying to order foreign currency . Told that I must phone a day or two before collecting. Given a number which just rings and rings. Eventually on another number after holding for 20 minutes and speaking to 3 different people I am told that they cannot take an instruction over the phone !!! PATHETIC
