FNB is gotten pathetic with customer care

I sent an ewallet to my 72year old dad, who cant get it and fnb team of bankers have been very casual about assisting in this matter, telling me i must buy airtime and dial *120*277

We know how to do this and still didnt work My 72year ill dad is stuck in town because i must contact ewallet department on monday

Must my dad sleep in town till monday
