FNB is good but can do better

FNB has improved over the years, just very slowly and is still behind on many fronts. The app could use a massive overall, it's slow, clunky to use and not the slickest experience ever, especially for a modern-day bank. Overall, my experience with the bank has been okay to descent but not great... Staff aren't the friendliest nor the sharpest(Witbank), but nevertheless, I haven't had any major issues, just that payments can take forever in general.
