FNB IS GETTING HOPELESS

Last month I received an sms about a mandate for a debit order that would go off, I called FNB and they advised me that since no debit order had gone off I would have to wait for the debit order to go off. Today I get an sms about a debt order for R189 with the reference INCPROTECTML***. So I call in and I am transferred to 4 different agents and no one can assist me to trace the company , I have advised that the debit order was unsuccessful due to me placed under debt review my salary no longer goes into that account. No one was able to assist me after I spent more that an hour. So random accounts can debit and no one can assist me. This is ridiculous.
